Once again the award-winning designer Janey Butler in collaboration with Llama Architects created an admirable and luxurious project in the UK.
The project involves the remodeling of a stone barn over 300 years old, located in a rural setting in Cotwolds, in the southwest of the United Kingdom.

The Cotswold Barn project has an area of approx. 12000 sq ft with a lower floor (basement) with more than 2000 sq ft where a large bar was created with Game & TV room, cinema, gym and sauna, master closet and shower and also a gallery of art. The lights on the billiard table stands out with the lamp from the Luna collection by Serip.

A fantastic composition of several pieces from the Luna collection in silver, where together they present this beautiful constellation effect. This lunar inspiration is perfect for bold environments making them more luminous, welcoming and refined.

The barn was thought to be a huge home for entertainment and party. Belongs to an owner who appreciates the Cheltenham races where he participates with his own horses. The clients like to welcome guests in the best way, so this barn has 7 suites, a banquet hall with about 18 seats and also a cinema area for more than 15 people with many social areas and lounges.
 
In addition to the interior of the house, the exterior was also a great challenge for the designers responsible for this project. The landscape design included extensive soil work, lawn treatment and planting of several trees. A new main entrance, a helicopter landing and a 20m outdoor pool were also created.

This barn has been completely redesigned by renowned international interior designer Janey Butler Interiors and by the award-winning architects RIBA Llama of the Llama Interiors Group.
Janey Butler Interiors this year won the Global Award for Best Interior Private Residence at the 2020-21 International Property Awards.
